Owen and Kate have lived in Heavitree for over 17 years and worked in professional roles whilst raising their family of 3 children. There has always appeared to be a gap on Heavitree High Street of local food and produce so after a 25 career in education, Owen has taken the plunge and The Heavi Deli was born on 16th December 2024!

Owen and Kate have a mission to bring local (mostly Devon, Cornish, Somerset and Dorset) produce to the Heavitree community by selecting hand crafted and exceptional produce from across the area.
